Entre parêntesis estão indicadas as classificações da semana anterior.
Portuguese champion Porto has gone to the top of the CNN Soccer Top 10 poll after securing a place in the semifinals of the Champions League.
Last year's UEFA Cup winners climbed up three places in the list after a 2-2 draw with Lyon clinched passage with a 4-2 aggregate victory. Porto is now the only previous winner still left in Europe's premier club competition.
The other clubs still remaining in the Champions League dominate the list, with Chelsea, who knocked out London rival Arsenal, up to second place and Deportivo La Coruna -- which humbled holder Milan 4-0 in the greatest ever Champions League comeback ? a new entry in the third position.
Monaco continue to climb up the list, rising five places to fifth, while the league leaders in England, Italy and Spain have all taken dramatic drops after their Champions League exits.
Arsenal plummets from pole position to eighth; Milan is now down to sixth and Real Madrid is remarkably in danger of losing its top 10 status, clinging on to that final placing.
The weekly CNN/World Soccer Top 10 is compiled by staff from CNN's World Sport show along with the team at World Soccer magazine.
Dropped out: Lyon.
